Soundfront has been terrific to work with! We engaged for a CRM implementation and onboarding and the process has been smooth and efficient. Soundfront’s off the shelf product provides significant capabilities tailored specifically to Investment Banks. Soundfront then worked closely with us to adapt the CRM to meet our unique requirements, providing customizations and best practices we were not aware of. We came to him after using a different CRM platform as we were looking for something less time consuming to use internally, easier to view data, and can incorporate the nuances we couldn't configure in our previous CRM. We did a thorough search and landed on using HubSpot with Soundfront as our HubSpot Partner. Corey assured us he would help us with anything we needed in getting HubSpot to work for us...and that absolutely has been the case! He is an excellent problem solver and has a deep rooted background in the investment banking industry, making him knowledgeable on what data to capture and where to display it. His specialized configurations are exactly what we needed and we couldn't recommend him more. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Corey's passion and eagerness to help his clients will surpass your expectations.

Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend

We engaged Soundfront Advisors to do an implementation of HubSpot and it went phenomenally well. HubSpot is a great product but more importantly they really understand the purpose behind the workflows and how to apply (or in some cases not apply) the technology in a way that drives actual results in simple and elegant ways. This is what was magic about working with Soundfront over others for us. As a private equity fund we've seen a lot of CRM implementations (internally and within our portfolio) and non have gone as quickly and smoothly as the one with Soundfront. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
