One thing that was made clear very early on with Stratus: they have it together. They are professional, organized, and extremely fair. Our website redesign was not an easy process. Travel insurance is a mess right now with industry regulations. In the insurance world, it's a fairly new product, and we're all still trying to figure out how to best deliver the product and regulate it. This makes any web development process extremely difficult and sometimes messy. They offered their unadulterated opinions, letting us know where we were losing sales in the funnel, and offered up great solutions. Since the redesign, we've seen a 12% increase in website traffic, and a 34% increase in web conversions. While many factors affect insurance sales, I believe the numbers would not have been nearly as high had Stratus not handled our website redesign. When we're ready to improve the site even more, we will look to work with Stratus again.
