- Call Follow-Up: Your agenst can create additional call notes and follow-up activities in HubSpot after every incoming our outgoiung call without leaving CallMate.

Easy Setup and Configuration
You can setup your CallMate / HubSpot integration in a couple of minutes. We have a detailed manual or simply ask our support if you need help.
Call Notes & Follow Up Activities
After a call is hangup (inbound or outbound) the CallMate browser phone will pop-up a call follow-up screen. You can directly listen to the call recording, add a call not or create a new activity / task.
Call, Text and Voicemail Sync
All your incoming and outgoing calls, SMS and voicemail messages are synced and logged in HubSpot. You do not need to be logged into HubSpot for this to happen.
