Most comprehensive CRM integration with seamless field mapping and fast API calls, though data consistency requires technical expertise

As a CRM architect I often integrate systems with HubSpot and the Salesforce integration is the most comprehensive.

What do you like?

Possibility to create new fields in both CRMs and map them seamlessly. Fast (usually immediate) API calls, sandbox options in both for testing ahead of live.

What do you dislike?

Potential for data inconsistencies in Salesforce depending on technical expertise.

Major Implementation Issues and Hidden Limitations Make This a Frustrating Process

I rated this poorly as we have run into many issues that were not made apparent prior to the transition to HubSpot.

What do you dislike?

Limited associations (no more than 100k), no duplicate emails, no native integration with financial services cloud
