Enthu.ai and the people behind it are the best support for Call quality control and analysis.
It helps me do my job as a Quality Assurance Specialist and makes it easy for me to capture qualitative and quantitative feedback to determine and analyze the areas that need improvement.

-Eases my job of call quality assurance. -Saves a lot of time, analysis is readily available and call listening has been minimized The people behind Enthu.ai have always been responsive to any of my concerns or asks. They understand me as a primary user and what we’re trying to do as a company. They always acknowledge and try their best to accommodate our requests, keep us informed of the next steps, and are consistent in asking for feedback.
Not really a dislike, there are just some features that need improvements and their team has been very welcoming of my feedback. They keep on refining the features every month or so, and I am happy about it.

Very flexible software with seamless integration capabilities
Amazing software that has helped us scale our QA function on top of HubSpot. Integration between Aircall and HubSpot has been seamless, and the Enthu team has consistently added features that help us improve our coaching across both sales performance and revenue operations. Would highly recommend to anyone using HubSpot.
