Revolutionary social selling platform that finally allows us to action social across our team and deliver measurable ROI + real revenue attribution

First Touch has completely transformed how we handle social selling by bringing it directly into our HubSpot workflows. It’s allowed us to stop treating social as a "black box" and start managing it with the same rigor we use for email and calls. The ability to see real revenue attribution, like meetings booked and closed-won revenue tied back to social, has completely changed how we approach GTM.

What do you like?

Seamless HubSpot Integration: It feels like a native part of the CRM, allowing us to trigger social actions from existing workflows, sequences, and segments. Dual Outreach Modes: The choice between "automation" for speed to lead and "Human-in-the-Loop" for high value leads gives us the perfect balance of scale and personalization.   Automatic Data Capture: Every message and connection is logged automatically, providing 100% visibility into attribution for pipeline and closed won revenue.   Ownership Rules: It respects our HubSpot territory and contact ownership rules, ensuring the right rep always reaches out to the right account.   Security: Knowing the platform is SOC2 certified gives us peace of mind regarding enterprise grade safety and data protection.

Clear multi-touch attribution for teams that care about real revenue

FirstTouch has become one of those tools that quietly fixes a big blind spot in HubSpot attribution. Instead of guessing which touchpoint “deserves” credit, we finally see how deals are actually influenced across the full journey. For us, it clarified where marketing truly impacts revenue, helped align marketing and sales around real data, and removed a lot of subjective debates. Once it’s set up, it just works in the background and gives you confidence in your numbers.

What do you like?
