Finally found the perfect social automation tool!

FirstTouch is the tool I've been searching for for 3 years. I tried duct-taping together other social automation and enrichment tools, but was always hampered by a lack of context. FirstTouch has a deep HubSpot integration that makes it easy to do things like add an exclusion list of current customers that auto-updates based on the latest CRM data. Now, I am able to automate sending connection requests and messages from a HubSpot workflow or directly from a contact record. A true game changer for customer engagement and warm outbound.

What do you like?

- HubSpot integration is second-to-none - Human-in-the-loop functionality ensures I never have to apologize for sending a message that doesn't make sense - AI qualification and research agents give me information I didn't even know I needed

What do you dislike?

None so far. The product team has been really responsive and is open to new feature suggestions. They've already implemented a couple I sent over.

First Touch has completely transformed how we handle social selling by bringing it directly into our HubSpot workflows. It’s allowed us to stop treating social as a "black box" and start managing it with the same rigor we use for email and calls. The ability to see real revenue attribution, like meetings booked and closed-won revenue tied back to social, has completely changed how we approach GTM.

What do you like?
