Frustrating connection issues with inconsistent status display
It is very glitchy. Sometimes it is connected but shows that it is not connecting, and vice versa.

Very useful for administrators, but complicated to set up with a lot of historical data
Very useful
The pro is that it is only a matter of being logged in on both platforms and being an administrator.
It is complicated to find the path to map the data you want to map when you already have a CRM with a lot of historical data.
