Not all functions work

In terms of adding contacts between LinkedIn and HubSpot it worked quite well, however it lost the inability to track LinkedIn messages meaning that a core reason for using it was gone. When speaking with customer service they said this was due to LinkedIn changing policies, however similar services do not seem to be suffering the same fate

Great interface and usability but creates duplicate records when LinkedIn URLs aren't available in existing database

I really like the interface and the usability of it, I just wish that there was a different way for Surfe to identify records that are already in HubSpot. It identifies it by LinkedIn URL, but we don't have that information for the vast majority of our records, causing a risk of creating duplicates.
