Pace brings intelligent workflow throttling to HubSpot. Instead of processing all enrolled records at once, Pace lets you set custom batch sizes and delays so your workflows execute at exactly the pace you need. Whether you're sending nurture emails, following up with event leads, or managing high-volume API calls, Pace prevents system overload, eliminates rate limit risks, and keeps your workflows running smoothly.
With support for all HubSpot object types and delay units from 10 seconds to 550 days, you stay in complete control of workflow timing, improving deliverability, engagement, and system reliability. Each enrolled record receives its own release countdown so you always know exactly when it will be processed.

Workflow Throttle Control
Set your batch size (1-100) and delay (10 seconds to 550 days) to release records at exactly the rate your workflows need.
All HubSpot Object Types
Pace works on contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects — any workflow in your HubSpot portal.
Rate Limit Protection
When your daily plan limit is reached, Pace returns a RATE_LIMITED status so you can branch your workflow and handle those records your way, end the workflow, send a notification, or create a task.
Real-Time Enrollment Logs
See exactly what Pace is doing from the workflow enrollment history, current plan usage, reset time, batch progress, and completion status all visible per record.
Remaining Time Per Record
Pace sets a precise release countdown for every enrolled record based on its exact batch position. Records display remaining wait time directly in workflow history. A 60-second buffer is added so HubSpot auto-releases any record if Pace's engine is ever interrupted, ensuring no record gets stuck.

Pace does not collect, store, or share any HubSpot data with external systems. All workflow actions are processed in real-time using secure, temporary job queues. No contact, deal, or custom object data is persisted outside of HubSpot.

Pace only reads the minimal information required to execute workflow actions (e.g., object IDs, timing settings), and this data is not retained after processing. Records held in queue are stored as anonymous job references, no field-level HubSpot data is retained.
