Simple, Professional Digital Business Cards That Just Work
Popl has been a great solution for modernizing how we share contact information. We primarily use the digital business cards and manual lead capture features, and it has made networking much more efficient and professional. The manual lead capture is simple and effective, allowing us to quickly log new contacts during meetings or events without juggling paper notes. Great for event lead capture with smooth HubSpot syncing, though field mapping limitations and occasional duplicates are minor drawbacks
Our company frequents a lot of different events throughout the year and Popl has been great for capturing lead information and allowing us to quickly import event contacts for timely follow-up.
- Fast lead capture. - Automatic syncing with HubSpot. - Standardized data collection (key fields etc.).
- Some limitations when it comes to mapping Popl fields to HubSpot properties. - Sometimes creates duplicates. - Lead quality varies - some scans are incomplete.
