Efficient lead capture solution that streamlines event networking and follow-up despite minor learning curve
Popl has made lead capture at events much more efficient for our team. The badge scanner and digital contact sharing allow us to quickly collect and organize leads without manual entry, which helps ensure we don’t miss potential connections. It’s also made post-event follow-up much smoother since all the information is centralized. Overall, it’s helped our team stay organized and get more value out of our in-person events.
The biggest advantages are the speed of capturing leads, the ease of sharing contact information digitally, and having everything organized in one place. It removes the need for manual note-taking and makes it much easier to manage and follow up with leads after an event.
There can be a small learning curve when teams first begin using the platform, and badge scanning may vary slightly depending on the event setup. That said, once the team is comfortable with the tool, it becomes a very efficient way to capture and manage leads.

Very easy to use and quick for reps to adopt. The HubSpot integration makes it easy to push leads straight into our CRM so we can follow up faster. It also looks more professional than handing out traditional business cards and makes networking more efficient.
Some customization options could be a little deeper, especially around how lead data is mapped or organized once it comes into the CRM. Not a deal breaker, but something that could make it even better for teams managing larger volumes of leads.
