A piece of software that was once great, and is no more.
This used to be good software with decent support, not anymore.
The pricing model makes a lot of sense and allows you to scale with the software.
The product failed and the support was less than helpful. After MONTHS of trying what their support told us we needed to do to manage our data using the "dashboard" their owner instructed us that we would need to request they manage that data behind the scenes and the dashboard is not working like it is supposed to. Data didnt flow from months and they kept charging us and refused to refund us.

The Best Woo/HubSpot Sync on the Market
Unific not only solved our integration issues, but their solutions helped us sunset decades-old technical debt by changing many of our processes from order placement all the way to fulfillment. The most immediate return on investment we found was the many automations that we can accomplish in HubSpot using Woocommerce order data. We are a lean team, and this product has singlehandedly helped us scale.
Very customizable. But also: the out-of-the-box sync data that the plugin provides answered 90% of our business needs. Plus the support team is very accessible.
Any technical issue we had, or any question we could not quite answer, the Unific Support team was responsive and found solutions. So really no cons.
