Decent summaries but integration headaches make workflow unnecessarily complicated
It's okay for overall understanding of the context
We have generated summary in another systems to analyze further
No direct integrations with other popular CRMs, for example Planhat. HubSpot is not working for our Success Teams, so we need to create a workaround Fellow notes > HubSpot notes > Planhat Conversations. This creates more bottlenecks that could have been avoided with direct integration. No possibility to transfer full transcript so that it could be analyzed better in our CRM. No possibility to set a separate field in HubSpot within Meeting with attendees, only through associated object. And our CRM can't fetch the data about who was invited if it's not the field in meeting object, so we have the summary, but no idea who was there or invited at least.
