Gift from a workflow

&Open appears in the workflow builder as Send a gift via &Open, alongside your other connected app actions. Choose a campaign and decide whether &Open emails the invitation; the enrolled contact supplies the rest. The action returns the invitation link, campaign name and gift reference for later steps. Needs a plan with workflows.

Gift from a contact record

Open a contact and send a real gift without leaving HubSpot. The &Open card shows the campaigns you can access, filtered to the ones that can reach that contact's country. Choose a gift, edit the invitation message, and send it as an &Open email or a link you share yourself. Gifts send as you, under your own budget, team and permissions.

Gifting updates in the contact activity feed

Gift invitations, redemptions and deliveries appear on the contact timeline as they happen. On install, &Open adds six contact properties: gift link, sent, redeemed and delivered dates, gift value and lifetime gift cost. Use them as workflow branch conditions, or in HubSpot reports next to your other numbers.
