Features
Automatic invoice draft
As soon as a deal is set to "Closed Won" in HubSpot, APIUP automatically creates a corresponding invoice draft in the selected accounting system.
Company data transfer
APIUP transfers all relevant company information, such as company name and address, directly and error-free into the accounting system. If the company does not yet exist in your accounting system, APIUP automatically creates it for you.
Contact synchronization
Automatic contact synchronization between HubSpot and the accounting systems.

Imports thousands of individual contacts instead of organizations and cannot be configured at all
Unfortunately, it is not organizations that are imported, but individual contacts. Now I have to delete several thousand incorrect data records from lexware office. Who builds a tool like this? I can't configure anything at all. It runs completely amok. Completely unsuitable for users with structured sales.
Does exactly what it says on the button: Turn ALL contacts in Lexoffice into accounting contacts, every single e-mail address that has filled out a form. ALL, but individually of course.
I don't understand the point of this at all. Why aren't organizations synced? What's the point of the tool?
