Adjust follow-up communication to each group
Sort contact lists by meeting name or webinar room name. Create an event with enabled registration with ClickMeeting and registrants will be automatically added to the Registered list in your HubSpot account.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You never know.
Clickmeeting is supposed to make 2 lists: those who attended the webinar those who didn´t. Sometimes those list are correct sometimes not. You always have to double check and if it´s not correct, you´ll need to import those lists all over again. Clickmeeting´s customer service just says that our Clickmeeting is not integrated to HubSpot, but that´s rubbish. And every time I am in touch with their Customer service, it feels like it´s customer´s fault and they are only serving solutions to problems that are obvious.
