Not a Drop And Drag setup nor friendly to developers

Using this program has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like reaching around your head just to scratch your ear. Tasks that should be simple, logical, and straightforward are made unnecessarily complicated. The entire setup feels poorly thought out, difficult to navigate, and not user friendly at all. As an end user, the system is confusing and overly complicated. It does not guide you clearly through the setup process, and it is not easy to configure things exactly the way you need them. Instead of giving the user practical tools and a clean workflow, it feels like you are constantly fighting against the software just to accomplish basic tasks. What should take a few minutes can turn into hours of trial and error, searching through settings, trying to understand how things are structured, and still not getting the result you want. The templates are also very disappointing. They look and function poorly, and they do not provide the flexibility or quality I expected. Trying to customize them is far more difficult than it should be. Instead of being able to adjust the design, layout, and functionality in a practical way, the templates feel restrictive and poorly built. If you want to do anything beyond the most basic setup, you quickly run into limitations. Setting up a module or trying to make something work in a specific way is even worse. Any time you try to do something custom or slightly outside the default setup, the process becomes unnecessarily difficult. The software does not make it easy to understand what needs to be changed, where those changes should be made, or how to get the final result you are looking for. It feels like the system is built in a way that forces users to rely on the template developers instead of giving them the tools to properly manage and customize their own site. From a developer’s point of view, this is just as frustrating. A good platform should make development more efficient, not more painful. It should provide structure, flexibility, documentation, and a clear path to customization. Instead, this feels restrictive, confusing, and poorly designed. It creates more obstacles than solutions. Rather than helping developers build something professional, it slows everything down and makes even simple modifications feel like a major project. I am honestly disappointed that I purchased this. I expected a product that would make setup and customization easier, but this has been one of the worst programs I have ever used. If this was designed for regular end users, then it fails because it is not user friendly. If it was designed for developers, then it also fails because it is unnecessarily difficult to work with and customize. Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone who expects a smooth setup process, flexible templates, or an easy way to customize their website. The program is frustrating, the templates are poor, the workflow is confusing, and the customization process is far more difficult than it should be. I regret purchasing it and would not choose it again.
