Frei Connect :BRREG is a tool for Norwegian companies that use HubSpot for sales and marketing.
The application integrates your HubSpot portal with the Brønnøysund Register Center (BRREG), allowing you to conduct smarter prospecting, improve data quality, and ultimately sell more.
Many who use HubSpot for sales and marketing face the same problems: the data on company profiles is incomplete, outdated, or simply incorrect.
Salespeople have to deal with missing organization numbers, incorrect addresses, outdated revenue figures, and no notifications when something important happens with a customer.
Connect :BRREG solves this by connecting HubSpot directly to the Brønnøysund Register. We enrich each company profile with verified data—including name, address, industry, number of employees, roles, financial figures, and status flags—and keep it up to date whenever anything changes.
This means that salespeople always know who they’re calling, how the company is doing, and when something important has happened. New CEO? It appears as a timeline event on the company card. Is the company growing 30% year-over-year? The salesperson sees that before the call. Filing for bankruptcy? Sales processes involving credit should perhaps be paused.
The result is smarter prospecting, better segmentation, and salespeople who spend their time on the right calls rather than cleaning up CRM data.

Complete Initial Synchronization
Basic synchronization for all companies with a registered organization number upon activation of the Premium or Custom pricing plan.
Instant BRREG synchronization based on organization number
Information is retrieved immediately from the Brønnøysund Register as soon as a company has its organization number registered in HubSpot. This includes addresses, industry codes, key roles, shareholder information, and financial data.
Recommendations for companies without an organization number
Suggestions for up to 5 entities from Brønnøysund based on company name when the company’s organization number is missing. If many of your companies are missing an organization number, we’ll use the matchmaker to do this in batches.
Add important events to the company's timeline
Important announcements and changes to the status in the Brønnøysund Register are also recorded as activities in the company’s timeline. This includes: - Organization under compulsory liquidation or compulsory dissolution - Organization in liquidation - Organization declared bankrupt - Organization deleted - New auditor - New bookkeeper - New CEO - New board chair

Connect:BRREG retrieves data from the Brønnøysund Register and writes it to custom fields on the Company object in HubSpot. We only create and write to fields in our own field group (“Connect BRREG”) and do not affect existing fields in the portal.
Data is automatically updated when a new company is created, when the organization number changes, or when BRREG registers a change for one of the companies in your portal. Users can also trigger a manual update directly from the company card.
