Frei Connect :BRREG is a tool for Norwegian companies that use HubSpot for sales and marketing.
The application integrates your HubSpot portal with Brønnøysundregistrene (BRREG), so you can do smarter prospecting, get better data quality and end up selling more.
Many people who use HubSpot for sales and marketing encounter the same problems; the data on the company card is incomplete, outdated or simply wrong.
Sales reps work with missing org. no., wrong addresses, old sales figures and no notification when something important happens at the customer.
Connect:BRREG solves this by connecting HubSpot directly to the Brønnøysund Register. We enrich each company card with verified data, name, address, industry, number of employees, roles, accounting figures and status flags, and keep it updated when something changes.
This means that salespeople always know who they're calling, how the company is doing and when something important has happened. New general manager? It appears as a timeline event on the company card. Company growing 30% year over year? The seller sees it before the call. Bankruptcy petition? Maybe sales processes on credit should be stopped.
The result is smarter prospecting, better segmentation and sales reps who spend their time on the right conversations rather than cleaning up CRM data.

Complete first-time synchronization
Basic synchronization on all companies with a registered organization number when activating the Premium or Custom price plan.
Immediate BRREG synchronization from organization number
Information is immediately retrieved from the Brønnøysund Register as soon as a company has an organization number registered in HubSpot. This includes addresses, business codes, key roles, shareholder and accounting data.
Proposal for companies without an organization number
Suggestions of up to 5 entities from Brønnøysund based on company name when the organization number is missing on the company. If many of your companies are missing organization numbers, we use the matchmaker to do this in batch.
Add important events to your company timeline
Important announcements and changes to the status in the Brønnøysund Register are also entered as activities in the company timeline. This includes: - Organization under compulsory liquidation or compulsory dissolution - Organization under liquidation - Organization bankrupt - Organization deleted - New auditor - New accountant - New general manager - New chairman of the board

Connect :BRREG retrieves data from the Brønnøysund Register and writes it to its own properties on the Company object in HubSpot. We only create and write to properties in our own field group ("Connect BRREG") and do not affect existing properties in the portal.
Data is automatically updated when a new company is created, when the org. no. is changed, or when BRREG registers a change at one of the companies in your portal. Users can also trigger a manual update directly from the company card.
