Currency exchange rates go out of date fast. HubSpot now offers its own free currency rate updates, but these are limited to monthly, quarterly or annual. DoCurrencies allows you to confidently view your deal values in your company currency and pipeline value in the currency of your choice, knowing that DoCurrencies is updating all your exchange rates every day.

HubSpot automatically calculates the deal amount in company currency and the weighted deal amount in company currency. HubSpot also displays your deal pipeline in any of your chosen currencies. These rely on fresh exchange rates daily.

• DoCurrencies does not change the selling prices saved on each product in your product library.

• Continue to keep multi-currency selling prices up to date in your product library just as you do today

• We welcome ideas from DoCurrencies users, on your need to update multi-currency prices in ways that match your business rules.

Why did HubDo create DoCurrencies?

• DoCurrencies was originally developed when HubSpot had no automatic currency rate updates.

• HubDo needed to solve currency updates for existing customers, so we made it available for everyone.

• DoCurrencies custom coded projects by HubDo, such as automatic price updates in the HubSpot product library, based on multi-currency exchange rates:

  • For example, "add custom code to HubSpot Operations Hub to automatically update all GBP and EUR prices in HubSpot product library, based on the USD selling price"

How to install DoCurrencies.

1. Just click to install here on the HubSpot App Marketplace!

2. Choose your preferred supplier.

3. Apply their API key into the Setting screen for DoCurrencies in HubSpot

4. If you have enabled HubSpot's monthly currency updates, DoCurrencies will be disabled. If you need Daily updates, disable the HubSpot setting to allow DoCurrencies to update your rates every day.
