Business card reading makes exhibitions more convenient, but incomplete due to poor linkage of address entry

Thoughts on trying the Eight linkage

The purpose of the implementation was not to manage business cards, but to link contact information to HubSpot. The required procedure was as simple as signing up on Eight and subscribing to the premium for companies after logging in. The integration is not automatic, but all you have to do is press a button on the options screen, and we import the information to HubSpot about once a week. It is convenient that I don't have to manually enter information such as department and address, which is quite time-consuming, but the functionality is simple and synchronization is in one direction, so I think it is a bit expensive if the purpose is only to link up. However, the functions equivalent to Eight Premium are available, so I think the price is reasonable when you consider the total cost. The most time-consuming and difficult part of the implementation was to have each person create an Eight account and invite them to a corporate account (the invitation link becomes invalid after 24 hours, so you have to re-invite them), as this is a service for individuals only and does not have a user management function.
