Bookings Become Deals: Each FareHarbor booking automatically creates a HubSpot Deal, including: * Booking ID, total amount paid, and location * Stage updates e.g., “Closed Won” when confirmed, “Closed Lost” when cancelled * Automatic updates when bookings are cancelled or rebooked
Creation of contacts
Automatic Customer Sync: Every time a guest books through FareHarbor, a contact is instantly created in HubSpot. * No manual imports: customer name and email appear automatically. * No duplicates: returning guests are linked to their existing profile. * Full visibility: even customers without an email are tracked and tied to their booking.
