FI Navigator’s HubSpot app gives users faster access to FI Navigator applications directly from the HubSpot Company record.
The app helps users eliminate the need to manually search for the same institution in multiple systems. From a HubSpot Company record, users can quickly open the corresponding FI Navigator profile and access the research, market intelligence, and information available through their FI Navigator subscription.
This helps teams:
Reduce time spent switching between HubSpot and FI Navigator
Quickly access relevant FI Navigator information while working in HubSpot
Improve workflow efficiency for sales, relationship management, and research teams
Maintain HubSpot as the primary CRM workspace while using FI Navigator for deeper financial institution intelligence

FI Navigator reads limited information from the HubSpot Company record to identify the corresponding financial institution and provide a direct link to the relevant FI Navigator profile within the external FI Navigator application.
Data flows from HubSpot to FI Navigator only as needed to support this lookup and navigation experience.
FI Navigator does not create, update, delete, or synchronize data in the customer’s HubSpot account, and no FI Navigator data is written back to HubSpot.
Users remain in control of their HubSpot data, while the app provides convenient access to FI Navigator intelligence from within their existing HubSpot workflow. A valid FI Navigator subscription is required to access FI Navigator content.
