How Blazly GEO uses your HubSpot data

Blazly GEO connects to HubSpot so you can publish Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) content from Blazly GEO directly into HubSpot CMS. We do not access HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, tickets, or marketing email data.


When you connect HubSpot (OAuth)

Blazly GEO reads limited account and CMS setup information so publishing works correctly:

  • HubSpot portal ID and primary website domain

  • Blog settings (which blog to publish to)

  • Blog author list (default author for new posts)

This information is stored securely in your Blazly GEO account to keep the integration connected and to refresh OAuth tokens.


When you publish content (your action only)

Nothing is sent to HubSpot until you click Publish to HubSpot on a blog or landing page in Blazly GEO. We then create and publish:

  • Blog posts: title, URL slug, HTML body, meta title, meta description, blog, and author

Published URLs and HubSpot record IDs may be saved in Blazly GEO so you can see where content was posted.
