The iSAMS Data Sync by HubGem works with the world-first HubSpot to iSAMS Admissions Sync, developed by HubGem in collaboration with Cursor.
It allows schools using the Admissions Sync to keep track of deals which have been synced to iSAMS and view these in an easy-to-read table. There is also a card which can be added to deals to display the deal's sync status.
Schools not currently using the admissions sync can download the app and submit our enquiry form to set up a meeting with HubGem and start your journey to using the Admissions Sync.
Requires a minimum of Sales Hub Professional and Marketing Hub Professional.
Features
Enquiry Form
A form that allows app users who don’t have an existing Admissions Sync service with HubGem to submit an enquiry about using the Admissions Sync service. The form collects a few details, and then calls to an external API which triggers the creation of a new deal in the HubGem HubSpot account with the submission details.
Sync records dashboard
A table listing information about deals which the user has attempted to sync to their iSAMS account via the third-party Admissions Sync service. Sync logs are retrieved from a database via an external API and deals are listed with their relevant information.
Sync information card
A card which can be displayed on a deal to show information about whether that deal has been synced to iSAMS yet.
