Jicoo is a team-oriented scheduling service that connects to multiple calendars, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and reflects availability in real time. Jicoo also supports booking management, including reminder notifications.
Jicoo also supports automatic publishing of Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams web meeting URLs.
Features
Sync bookings with contacts
The booking made in Jicoo will be created as a HubSpot contact, and the URL will be automatically created for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams web conferencing, and the URL will also be registered in HubSpot.
Automatic synchronization of schedule changes and cancellations
When a customer changes the date or cancels a reservation on Jicoo, the status on the HubSpot side is automatically synchronized. Jicoo and HubSpot can also be used to manage bookings.
Create meetings and automatically assign a contact person
Create a meeting based on the content of the booking and link it to a contact. The contact person will be automatically assigned to a HubSpot user with the email address registered in Jicoo.
