Setting Up Mitto’s Global SMS
To send SMS to your global contacts navigate the menu on the right side of your dashboard and then click Settings on the Mitto Global SMS App. Enter the API key provided to you by Mitto to make the connection. Check out the User Guide on the right for more detailed instructions.
Timeline Record
All sent and received messages are documented on the entity timeline, where you can conveniently access the message delivery status. With this feature, you always have the latest data at your fingertips, allowing you to track and monitor the success of each message efficiently.
Personalize Messages with Placeholders
Put variable fields within messages so that each contact receives a personalized note. This personalization can increase the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.
