Your folder structure in QBank is mirrored under a configurable root folder in HubSpot Files, so browsing and governance stay familiar. You can run a full sync to bring everything up to date, and rely on QBank webhooks for ongoing changes: creates, updates (including new file versions when needed), deletes, and moves stay reflected in HubSpot.

Each connected HubSpot portal can use its own QBank credentials and webhook configuration. Sync work runs through a reliable queue with retries, so transient API issues don’t leave you guessing.
