What exactly overall gets integrated?
All inbound and outbound SMS messages exchanged on the Ringbyname platform are logged in HubSpot, as activities on the contact's timeline. SMS cannot be sent from HubSpot. All notes added to inbound or outbound call records in HubSpot are shared in Ringbyname. All inbound and outbound answered calls or external transfers for owned contacts are logged in HubSpot and Ringbyname from your integrated Ringbyname user. The Call option in HubSpot for each contact will start a call with the Ringbyname phone devices you have enabled on your Ringbyname user and that contact.
