Three years of daily integration headaches with no accountability from either company - supposedly the "best" option that never actually works smoothly
There is usually a daily issue with the integration that neither company wants to take responsibility for. Screenings going black, messages not being sent, slow refresh, the screen doesn't close like it should. It's supposedly the "best" option but it's never worked smoothly for us in over 3 years.
I guess because I can text from HubSpot vs having to go into Sakari directly

Excellent support team that really cares and acts fast to resolve issues, though some minor formatting quirks remain
As soon as Sakari received my previous review they gathered their team and together and with in a few days, we were able to resolve the timing out issue that we had been having. The fact that they really wanted to resolve the matter and resolve it quickly renewed my trust in this company.
HubSpot integration, and support
phone number formatting can be an issue especially with other connected systems. However, their support is presently looking into this as well.
