Spear is a signal-first outbound platform for B2B sales teams. This app connects Spear's built-in AI assistant directly to your HubSpot CRM, so your team can work with their own CRM data in plain language instead of building views and exports.

Once connected, ask the assistant about your HubSpot records the way you would ask a colleague - "which contacts moved to Sales Qualified this month?", "show me open opportunities owned by my team in EMEA" - and it answers from live HubSpot data. Nothing is copied into Spear to make this work: the assistant queries HubSpot in real time, through HubSpot's own hosted MCP server, using the OAuth access your admin granted.

You can also pull HubSpot records into Spear conversationally. From Lists then Create list, choose HubSpot and the assistant walks you through your contacts and companies, letting you filter by lifecycle stage, owner or created date before anything is imported.

The assistant works only against your own HubSpot records, and only when you ask it to. This app does not source or import prospect data into HubSpot. It is a separate app from the Spear CRM integration, which handles prospect export, field mapping and exclusions - you can install either or both.
