This feature allows Spoki chat to be displayed in the contact's CRM tab on HubSpot, you will then be able to send messages to the contact or create a new chat for a contact that does not yet exist on Spoki
Automatic creation of HubSpot contact on Spoki if absent
Opening the Spoki chat in the CRM tab will open the chat with the contact, if absent on Spoki it will be created accordingly based on the primary information retrieved from the HubSpot contact.
