Sync for CloudSign is a native app that integrates HubSpot and CloudSign, developed and operated by StartLink Co., Ltd., an official HubSpot partner.
Leveraging the expertise gained from supporting over 150 companies as an official HubSpot partner, we have implemented the “CloudSign integration” to address challenges HubSpot faces in the contract management domain.
We believe that seamless collaboration between sales and legal teams is essential for streamlining a company’s contract management processes.

For companies that use HubSpot for sales management and CloudSign for electronic contracts, data synchronization between the two systems is done manually, leading to errors caused by duplicate data entry and reduced operational efficiency.

“Sync for CloudSign” connects to CloudSign with a single click from within HubSpot, automating everything from applying contract templates to creating drafts of electronic contracts, managing execution status, and automatically updating statuses after execution.
It seamlessly connects workflows from sales to legal, creating an environment where users can focus on their core business.
Features
Automated Contract Generation
Create contracts by inserting HubSpot data into Google Docs or Google Sheets templates. Merge fields in the format {{company.name}} will be replaced, and you can view the results in PDF format.
Upload Draft to CloudSign
Upload the contract you created to CloudSign as a draft. A draft will be generated that includes the document name, the contracting party, the signatories (in order), and the CC recipients.
Synchronization and Automatic Archiving of Contract Status
We import CloudSign's progress status into the CRM and automatically store the audit trail files once the contract is signed. Sales managers can check the contract status directly from within HubSpot.
