Automatically add contacts to a Teachable course
Using an email property, HubSpot can match the contact to an existing student in your Teachable school and enroll them in a course. Instead of manually enrolling students, you can use your data in HubSpot to determine which contacts should be enrolled automatically.
Create new “Students” in Teachable
The contacts email address is used to check if they already have student accounts in Teachable. If not, the integration will automatically create a Teachable account for them and enroll them in the course, ensuring you don't miss any customers.

Cannot create new contacts
Easy to install. That's about it. Does not create new contacts via the workflow as described.

A simple integration that should simply work - but doesn't quite get there
While hoping to move Teachable course sign-ups to use HubSpot forms, this integration appeared to make pretty light work of that. However after connecting the integration, it appears that not ALL of the published courses from our Teachable account are made available. Even when publishing a course from Teachable, and providing AMPLE time (72 hours) for the data to be updated via the API, the unpublished course still shows as an option and three other published courses are never presented. HS support was unable to assist, and requested that uninstall then reinstall the integration. Done and done PLUS securing a brand new API key via Teachable. Upon reconnect - the same course list with the unpublished still showing and the three published not available. No error messages. No way to view the last sync time. No assistance.

Doesn't show ALL available courses. No support via HubSpot (the creator of the integration). No visibility into sync timing, success, or errors (should they arise).
