Genuinely one of the best HubSpot integrations with excellent support, though AI bot could use more training options
Rasayel’s HubSpot integration is genuinely one of the best in the game. Being able to handle direct WhatsApp messaging straight from the HubSpot interface is a huge plus and makes our workflows much more efficient. On top of that, the Rasayel support team is excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and always making sure questions and issues are properly resolved.

Warning: Hidden $360 minimum commitment with painful exit that wipes everything
Warning: only use this app if you are absolutely sure you want to commit long-term. They advertise the price as $36 per seat per month, but what they don’t clearly highlight is that there’s a minimum of 10 seats. That means you’re not paying $36 — you’re paying $360 per month. If you decide to uninstall, you lose everything: - All the time you invested setting it up - Your entire chat history - The time required for Meta to re-verify your account This isn’t a simple app you can try and walk away from. Once you’re in, leaving is expensive and painful. Be very sure before installing.
