The Whova–HubSpot integration allows event organizers to export their registration attendees into HubSpot as contacts once an event ends. Registration details that don't map to a standard HubSpot property can be attached as notes, so sales and marketing retain full context on how each contact engaged with the event.

Export Whova Registrants to HubSpot Contacts
Whova can sync event attendees into HubSpot as contacts after registration. Attendees are matched to existing HubSpot contacts by email, so existing contacts are updated and new attendees automatically get a contact created.
Create notes for HubSpot Contacts
Registration details that do not map to a standard HubSpot property, like the Event attended or dietary needs, are added as notes on the matching contact. This keeps useful context from Whova visible in HubSpot without cluttering contact fields.
