- Transfer Authors of mentions into the new Contacts in HubSpot;
- Filter Tickets by sentiment, tags, or keywords in HubSpot or create workflows based on this information.

Great extension to monitor brand mentions
YouScan has helped us complete a competitors research on the social media front. With HubSpot it was easy to integrate the ticketing system with our own brand mentions. That way we'd know we need to reply to them.
I've used it to monitor competitors' brand mentions across social media - to understand the quantity of the mentions and community sentiment
