I started by asking them to create a step email so that I could track customers in my BtoC business as a one-person CEO. I have used many services in the past, but this is the first time I have had someone who knew the details of my daily business in detail, knew my industry, and designed a service for me. We feel as if we have a partner outside the company, and they are truly accompanying us. I am sure I am telling them crazy things, but they do not make judgments about what they can or cannot do, or suggest additional fees, but rather think flexibly about how they can make it happen. I would say that the person in charge is a winner, but I really recommend this company from the point of view of having such a person.
