Against a backdrop of sluggish sales efficiency and the creation of a new AdTech solution, Addscale helped us rethink our sales strategy in depth. After an initial audit phase, the Addscale teams provided us with a new perspective on the value of our solutions, shaped by a new pitch, and on the prioritization of our historical targets. As part of this mission, Addscale assisted us in selecting a CRM solution, implementing it and training our teams. We chose HubSpot, which was perfectly sized for our scale, and above all operational in just a few weeks. We entrusted Addscale with the deployment of this strategy and these tools for the opening of a new market, which proved relevant from the very first weeks of prospecting. Finally, Addscale successfully supported us in building and training a new team of Sales Managers.
