I Do NOT Recommend
We didn't get the confidence that their implementation team was knowledgeable enough. KT's provided by them were not useful. And worst of all, you have to chase them to get work done. Once the initial onboarding is done, you have to run behind them to get your issues resolved. They do not give you confidence in the implementation and the tool. You most likely have to spend dedicated time to cross-check and verify if they indeed implemented everything correctly.
