We are building a new company in Germany in telecommunications (Open Access Plattform Glass Fibre Networks) following the example of our danish parent company. An individual and specialized sales process must be implemented for sales pipes and deals with a complex contract management system. After an easy order and test phase we implemented our whole sales pipe with companies, contacts, sales process and forecast/turnover calculation with the help of andweekly GmbH as HubSpot Consultant within one month! It was a real challenge but with great engagement of Tobias Gutsche we could manage it in a very close collaboration so the CRM system is now working to increase our sales performance significantly! A really "Big Bang CRM-Integration"!
