We approach Niall to move to HubSpot with a lot of complex needs. Well, we say complex, nothing is complex with Niall. He immersed himself in our business understanding the nitty gritty for what we needed to achieve and what our end users' experience needed to be like. His help, expertise and on-hand guidance have been imperative to our business success. We chose HS because Niall is on hand to help. He constantly challenges us to use the software better, and no question is ever unanswered.
