Our company underwent the difficult task of upgrading our Marketing, Sales, CRM, and CMS tech stacks by moving to an enterprise level toolset. We contracted with BBC Ghent to help with the deployment and onboarding of the new tool, and they were top notch in all respects. Understanding some of our deficiencies, they value added to the original agreement and went far above and beyond expectations. During our RFP process, we ended up selecting BBC Ghent, because it seemed like every agency was providing us with copy & paste proposals. BBC Ghent put a lot of work into their proposal to show us that they truly understood our business and our challenges. This is particularly difficult when being in a space such as emerging technology. How do you make "AI" relatable or sexy? BBC understood from the very beginning what we were all about. Christophe, Peter, Tine all diligent experts with fantastic ability to transfer knowledge. And Ben V drives a culture of partnership. Highly recommended!

Driving marketing strategies to the next level

ARKBBN, the agency I had the opportunity to work with since 2012, keeps on innovating in all marketing domains. This year we have asked them to implement marketing automation with HubSpot for SIG Air Handling International for our concept Smartwellbeing. They also supported/developed successfully our branding strategy for Cairox. Through an integrated PR support, we also raised our brand awareness in Europe. ARKBBN has a very human approach, with senior people that are constantly being trained in new technologies and trends. This review was originally left for ARK which is now part of BBC.
