Working with Blu Mountain has transformed how we use HubSpot at Bushel. They guided us through consolidating multiple HubSpot instances into a single, organized system, giving our team full visibility into customer interactions across both our agribusiness and farmer segments. From the start, they laid out a clear roadmap, defined responsibilities, and provided weekly check-ins, Slack support, and real-time troubleshooting, making the process smooth and manageable. They help us clean and organize tens of thousands of contacts, streamline pipelines, and create frameworks that our team can actually use. This gives us a system that is practical, scalable, and aligned to our day-to-day workflows. The improvements are tangible: our annual farmer survey reaches fewer than 20,000 contacts (down from 160,000) while maintaining the same number of responses, and engagement is significantly higher. We partnered with Blu Mountain to rebuild and scale our HubSpot support environment as our business continued to grow, and the experience went far beyond a standard implementation. A Trusted and Valued Partner
