Strategic GTM projects over shoter-term contract

We worked with Bound Marketing from March to September 2025. This was partly to cover a maternity role, but also as we required some best-practice input from an experienced HubSpot agency for some key projects. After a lot of research, we decided to go with Bound. As soon as we kicked off the partnership, Bound were immediately up and running and their team were delivering value from day 1. In this short space of time, we managed to achieve a huge amount. The first project was migrating our sales team from Salesforce to managing their day-to-day activities and lead management in HubSpot. Bound helped us reengineer the inbound lead process, build the round robin and respective workflows and logic. We also added new lead stages as well a built bespoke reports and dashboards for the senior sales stakeholders. Up next we moved our CSMs into the new Service Workspace whilst building a brand new customer onboarding journey in HubSpot. Again, both these projects were delivered hand-in-hand with our internal resource with limited friction. All-in-all, very pleased with the decision to use Bound and would happily recommend them, or use them for more strategic GTM advice and outbound support.
