The implementation of HubSpot was not a standard project for us. Cixon first took the data from a very old CRM system and transferred it cleanly into HubSpot. Sales pipelines were then set up that matched our actual business transactions. What was particularly valuable for us was that the team familiarized themselves intensively with our processes. It was not only implemented technically, but also thought through, questioned and improved. This resulted in solutions that really work in everyday life. The connection to our accounting department, the creation of a knowledge database and many smaller detailed issues were also implemented in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner. These many practical issues in particular showed how committed and personal Cixon was to our project.
