Working with the Cogent team has been excellent. The real advantage for us has been having someone specialised in OrderWise. Compared to other companies we spoke with, the depth of know-how they brought to the project made a big difference. We tried demos with a few larger and agile companies, but they couldn’t quite make the whole thing work end-to-end. Cogent’s agility and creativity stood out. Whenever a problem came up, they were able to come up with a solution quickly. The way they integrated everything has been genuinely useful, and we’ve really appreciated their approach.
