Good technical knowledge but low desire to help customers. More focussed on finishing the job and asking for 5 star rating rather than ensuring that customer is comfortably onboarded Everything is counted in hours and minutes and very transactional. The team needs training on spirit vs letter.

We had very specific requirements owing to our sales process and we were unable to achieve these with previous CRMs. While HubSpot also limited quite a lot of customisations, Boundary team was very agile and helped us design flows with out of the box hacks which ensured that our requirements were not compromised.
