Would highly recommend Creativate!

I work for the National Auction Association and manage the partners/sponsorships. We were facing quite the challenge in implementing a CRM into our business processes and I was absolutely dreading the entire process. However, we are up and running more efficiently than ever and working with the Creativate team was the key to our success. Michelle and Nicole held our hand along every step of the way. Implementing any new software can be a challenge and create anxiety and added stress on staff, however it's important to find the right company who takes pride in the onboarding process and really wants you to enjoy working in HubSpot and take advantage of the ways that the tool can streamline your work processes and create efficiencies. I cannot applaud Creativate enough for the top notch customer service and care that they provided to our team. What I enjoyed most about working with the Creativate team was that they took the time to understand how we work and helped to build processes within the system that met us where we were at in our needs. We wanted to get the system up and running, establish new workflows and create efficiencies in doing so and they took the time to listen, really understand our needs and helped educate us on the options, while suggesting best practices. Working with Creativate will be the best investment you make within the HubSpot process. Nicole was absolutely fabulous to work with and I am very appreciative of the continued leadership from Michelle in helping us with a successful onboarding experience. A bike is just a bike until you learn how to ride it. We bought the bike and Creativate ran alongside us holding our hand until we could ride the bike on our own. Thank you for helping us make our daily work lives easier by taking advantage of all that HubSpot has to offer.

Due the fact I'm not real techy, I was super hesitant to bite off what felt like such a large project with HubSpot. But they've been amazing step of the way with a very smooth and easy implementation and great communication! These amazing women have been a godsend and we've only been working together short time.
