Simon was aligned with us on our shared goals from the get go. Since our first interaction, he was extremely accommodating in allowing us to schedule meetings as per our mutual pace and convenience. Most importantly, he has a well structured and methodical delivery method to ensure that the overwhelming onboarding process is made simple. He also patiently listened and gave critical feedback and well thought out responses to our teams million questions :) Simon is extremely knowledgeable in almost every facet of the onboarding process but what's applause worthy is that he was not afraid to say, on the rare occasion, that he would check and geet back to us.
